In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear written statement.

We will reimburse/refund within 30 days from the day on which we receive your written request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
No changes in the date of the tour once booked(within 45 days of departure). However, you can postpone the tour if it gets canceled due to circumstances like natural calamities, government restrictions, pandemics, riots, or war.
Refund Policy
- The booking amount is non refundable.
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reasons we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in written, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
Till 35 days prior to trip start date: 25% of the Tour/ Package/ Service cost
Within 35-15days before trip start date: 50% of the Tour/ Package/ Service cost
Within 15-10days before trip start date: 75% of the Tour/ Package/ Service cost
Within 10-00days of trip start date: 100% of the Tour/ Package/ Service cost
No Show: 100% of the Tour/ Package/ Service Cost
In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
Note: Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation sent on Sunday's will be considered on next working day (Monday).
