Payment Policy
To confirm your booking, a payment must be made in accordance with the following structure:
Advance Deposit: A minimum of 50% of the total trip cost is required to initiate the booking process.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due at least 14 days prior to the travel start date.
Last-Minute Bookings: Full payment is required at the time of booking if made within 14 days of departure.
Late payments may lead to automatic cancellation and loss of deposit.
Note : A PAYMENT GETAWAY CHARGE 3% WILL BE LEVIED ON USING ABOVE GIVEN PAYMENT LINK. (RAZORPAY)
Terms & Conditions of Payment
Refunds & Cancellations:
Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure are eligible for a partial refund, minus non-refundable service and booking fees. Cancellations within 30 days of departure may incur higher cancellation fees or may be non-refundable depending on the service provider.Change Requests:
Changes to travel dates, guest details, or itineraries may be subject to amendment fees and any cost difference applicable at the time of change.Failed Transactions:
If a payment fails or is declined, please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for any losses due to failed payment processing by third-party providers.Disputes:
Any billing discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of payment. Disputes will be resolved as per the terms agreed upon at the time of booking and in INDORE(M.P.) Jurisdiction only.
